Can you provide bespoke railings or gates?
All of our products are either made to measure or bespoke, and are manufactured in our Wembley factory. Made to measure means that we use a standard design, but manufacture to your specific size. Bespoke railings are designed and manufactured according to your exact specifications, so there are endless design options.
Can you supply railings and gates to trade customers?
Yes, we work with both trade and private residential customers. Whether you need a single gate, or the railing and fencing for an entire development, we can offer an excellent price, and we often work with those in the construction industry.
What’s the lead time for creating metal railings?
It typically takes 10 to 12 weeks to create our metal railings. However, if you are in a hurry, please get in touch as we can sometimes offer a quicker turnaround.
Do you offer a measuring service?
Yes, if you are using our supply and fit service, then we would offer a free site visit to measure up. If we are just supplying the product for a DIY job, or because your own builder will be doing the fitting, then we would either work from your own measurements, or we could do the measuring for a small survey fee.
Can you install railings or gates?
We have an experienced team of fitters who are able to install our products.
How long does it take to receive a quote?
We will usually provide a quote within 24 hours. During busy periods it can sometimes take a little longer, so please bear with us.
What finishes do you offer?
We offer a wide range of finishing options for all our products. If you want to paint your own metalwork, then we can simply apply red oxide primer before delivery. You can choose to have your metalwork painted black, powder coated, or galvanised. You can also choose a combination of finishes to suit your specific project. If you are confused about which finish is suitable, we’ll be happy to discuss your needs.
Do you provide drawings?
We use computer aided design (CAD) to create drawings prior to manufacture. This shows exactly how your product will look once complete, and gives you the opportunity to request changes. You’ll also be able to double check the specifications, measurements, and finish before we get started, so you know you’re getting the right look.
What are your payment terms?
Your quotation will provide details of our payment terms. In general, we would ask for a 50% deposit, with a staged payment plan to follow.
Do you offer gate automation?
Yes, we can automate gates to latest health and safety regulations. We provide gate automation servicing as well.
